TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNING/EXCHANGING A PRODUCT IN THE UK:

 

• Item/s must be returned with 28 days of delivery 

• Item/s must not have been worn, still have tags & in a resealable condition

• There is a £1.99 postage fee which will be taken off of your refund.

• Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed

• Please ensure all returns are sent via recorded/signed delivery, we will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused during the return of goods.

• Send the items along with the paperwork to the address provided at the bottom of the form

• Please make sure you keep a record of the return tracking number
